Page One Partner is published by Page One Insights LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

What Page One Partner is

Page One Partner is a free directory that helps people find local businesses and helps those businesses be found. Being listed is free. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here, we do not perform the work, and we do not guarantee any business's work, prices, licensing or insurance. Check those yourself before you hire, the same way you would with any contractor.

How listings are ordered, what "Verified" and "Claimed" mean, and how sponsored placements are labeled is explained on About and Operating numbers. Sponsored placements are always marked. Verification is never sold.

If you are looking for a business

  • Give accurate information when you request quotes or contact a business, and only request work you really want done.
  • Quotes and ballpark prices come from the businesses, not from us, and are not binding until you and the business agree.
  • You are responsible for your dealings with any business you choose.

Your account

  • You can use Page One Partner without an account. To create one (to save businesses or track quote requests) you must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
  • Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what is done through your Page One Partner account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example one used to send fake quote requests.
  • You can delete your account at any time in My Page One. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.

If you own or represent a business

  • Claim only a business you are authorized to represent. We may confirm this by email, by phone, or through your Google Business Profile, and we may reverse a claim that turns out to be wrong.
  • You are responsible for what you publish on your page. It must be true, yours to use, and lawful. Give us permission to display it on Page One Partner and in the badges and links we provide you.
  • If you connect your Google Business Profile, you allow us to read it and, only for actions you take or approve in your owner tools, to update it. You can disconnect at any time. See the privacy policy.
  • Owner tools include a free tier. Paid plans and add-ons are optional, are described with their price before you buy, and can be cancelled as described where you bought them.
  • You can hide your page at any time, free, from Corrections & removal.

Rules for everyone

  • No fake reviews, fake quote requests, impersonation, or content that is unlawful, harassing or misleading.
  • No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access without our written permission. For data requests, email info@pageoneinsights.com.
  • Do not interfere with the site or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may remove content, reverse claims, or block access when these rules are broken.

Reviews and ratings

Star ratings and review counts shown on listings come from each business's public Google profile and belong to their authors and to Google. Public reviews you leave through a business's review page are posted on Google under Google's terms. We do not filter who may leave a review based on their rating.
