How it works
Purely from Google data. A business qualifies with a Google rating of 4.5 or higher and at least 5 Google reviews; within each trade the top three are ordered by rating, then review count. No business can pay to appear here, and the list is recomputed daily from each business's Google Business Profile.
Only by earning it: once a business in Newport reaches a 4.5+ Google rating with 5+ reviews it appears automatically at the next daily update. Owners can claim their profile for free to add photos, services and a quote form, but claiming never changes the ranking.
